on orders of $99 or more continental USA customers only. Simply look for the "Free shipping" logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $99 or more, your order ships FREE! Valid on in stock products only.
 
We ship Mon - Fri. INO shipping cut off time is 3:30pm EST 3:30pm PST. Please know that order processing time is Monday-Friday as Saturday and Sunday are not business days. FedEx and USPS do not guarantee shipping times. Usually it takes 10-15 days to deliver your item. And of course you can choose your dispatch time frame: morning: 09:00 am – 12:00 pm,
afternoon: 14:00 pm – 17:00 pm, if neither of the above time frame suits your schedule, please contact us or the carrier directly. We are here to solve your problem and offer help. 
Orders over $250 may require a signature. Some International orders may require additional handling if the location is in an extended zone.
 
For International shipments INO​ is not responsible for extra import fees, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping fees as well as customs/taxes fees that may be added by their country as well. If your shipment is damaged in transit INO will do its part in filing a claim and replacing the damaged product, however to reship the product shipping fees must be collected from the buyer in order to reship the product out of Country once again.

Cancel Order Policy
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service after you order within 48 hours, before item(s) are shipped out. So sorry that we cant cancel order when package is on way. Thank you for your understand. If you insist to cancel your order, please observe our return policy.

If you are unhappy with your purchase,please provide your name and order email when contacting our customer service within 30 days. All return items must keep their original condition, they most not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. And you have to pay restocking fee, shipping fee and handling fee.
Exchange Policy
Please contact us with your name and order email when you want to exchange different size or color within three days after you received them. If you want to exchange other styles, you have to pay price spread. Also you must contact our cusomer service, they will help you.All exchange products, must keep their original condition, and are not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
